Processing Time

All of our products are made-to-order to ensure premium quality.

  • Processing Time: 2 business days
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped

Shipping Time & Rates

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

👉 Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear
  • You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
  • Weather conditions
  • High order volume during holidays

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Lost or Stolen Packages

Faithful Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered.”

  • If this occurs, please contact your shipping carrier directly
  • We’ll do our best to assist you with locating your package
